Bill Gates says for all his faults, Steve Jobs was the very best as picking the talent and hyper motivating that talent.
During an interview by CNN’s Fareed Zakaria on How to Lead, Gates compared Steve Job’s to a major wizard, who could mesmerize people, while still behaving badly as a boss
Ps. Having worked for Jobs briefly, my personal opinion is that Steve never let failure, be it a feature, a product, or a company, stop his vision. If anything, he thrived on failures, as a way to make things better.
